SHIPPING COSTS

The cost of shipments varies according to location with pre-established weight-volume ranges. In case of payment on delivery and therefore cash on delivery (national shipments only) an additional 7 euros is required.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS

Shipments are entrusted to express couriers who do not make preventive telephone calls and do not manage delivery requests at particular times, the delivery is intended on the ground floor of the recipient but if the same prefers delivery of a voluminous product to the floor (wardrobe, cot, cradle, etc.) must necessarily be agreed by telephone with our customer service on the number 08118181128  with a small supplement. Furthermore, the customer can also collect his product directly from the shop without paying shipping costs, at the following address Via Giovanni Lombardi 125 80141 Naples.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We pray the spect. Customers to check upon delivery of the goods by the shipper that:

1) the box and packaging are intact, not damaged or wet or open and/or broken.
2) the number of boxes (packages) to be delivered are those indicated on the Courier's delivery note.

Otherwise, it is mandatory to accept the delivery but it is important to write on the transport document that the Courier will ask you to sign, the following wording: "I ACCEPT WITH SPECIFIC RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGE".

In the absence of this wording, it will not be possible to make any objection regarding the quantity and quality of what received.
Some drivers may be unwilling to have you sign with reserve, but you still have the right to do so.
If the courier is reticent and does not tell you where to sign to activate the reserve, ask politely but firmly , and if he doesn't give in, you'd better not sign.
In this case, the package comes and brought back to the destination branch.
